GVM’s PowerPlatform is a multi-purpose machine offering a four wheel drive mechanical drivetrain with a 275 hp Cummins engine paired with a 6 speed powershift transmission.

The PowerPlatform offers high, 40 mph speed transport, excellent 360° visibility, a tight 20.2 ft turning radius, three steering modes, a 22,000 lb cargo capacity and a 102 in. road legal tire width. This multi-purpose vehicle also offers four season versatility with multiple 3-point hitch attachment options, including: snow plows, blowers, brushes, sprayers, spreaders, dumpers, tillers and mowers.

The PowerPlatform’s suspension is tough enough to carry the heaviest load, yet soft enough to smooth the roughest terrain. It features a massive swing arm suspension with electro-hydraulic load carrying and bounce control. Each wheel end has a hydraulic suspension cylinder with integral high and low pressure piston accumulators to provide a smooth ride with varying load conditions.

The full-time, 4–wheel drive PowerPlatform is powered by a reliable 275 hp Cummins 6.7L Tier III engine mated to a 6-speed ZF powershift transmission to provide maximum power, torque, and fuel efficiency. The high pressure common rail fuel system delivers a 23,300 PSI injection pressure for improved performance and fuel efficiency.

The electronically controlled transmission allows the operator to switch between manual or automatic shift control. It’s transmission and axle’s differentials can be locked up on the go with the touch of a button, making sure you never get stuck.

The PowerPlatform offers three steering modes for stability control, maneuverability, and safety.

  • Front Steering: The default setting for effortless and precise field and highway control.
  • Coordinated Steering: Steers the rear axle wheels in the opposite direction as the front to achieve a tight 20.2 ft curb-to-curb turning radius.
  • Crab Steering: Steers the rear axle wheels the same direction as the front to avoid sideslip on inclines.

The PowerPlatform’s spacious, forward mounted cab provides plenty of room for both a driver and operator and offers nearly 360 degree visibility with a floor-to-ceiling windshield. The climate controlled cab features an adjustable air suspension seat, three-position steering wheel, cooler box and a full size passenger seat. The cab also features 11 work lights to keep work going late into the night.

Overhead controls for windshield wiper/washer, cab temperature, work lights, heated adjustable mirrors, and AM/FM weather band radio with a CD player are easily within the operator’s reach.

All remaining controls are conveniently located on the ergonomic right hand console (RHC). The RHC glides forward and backwards and ‘floats’ with the air suspension seat, and the multi-function joystick easily fits into the operator’s hand.

All instrumentation is provided on a 10.4 in. color LCD touch-screen display. A series of four easy to use screens  display all basic instrumentation, fault codes, warning/indicator lamps, transmission information, fuel economy, fuel remaining, oil temperature, air pressure, hydraulic flow control, total weight, cargo weight and rear camera.
